Biography

Jessica Rice Healey is the Senior Associate Director of Development for The Nature Conservancy in Massachusetts. By learning about a donor’s interests, Jessica strives to align the charitable goals of our supporters with the conservation priorities of TNC. Whether a donor is interested in supporting conservation outcomes close to home in Massachusetts or efforts around the globe, Jessica is honored to work with some of TNC’s most generous supporters.

Before joining TNC in 2011, Jessica lived in the Washington D.C. area and worked for two global non-profits—Conservation International and Forest Trends. Jessica holds a degree in international environmental policy from Colby College and has completed TNC’s leadership development program though Cambridge University’s Judge School of Business. When she’s not working, she can usually be found in her kitchen or planning her next outdoor adventure.
